5. Payments & Refunds
All payments made on Faussms are final. Due to the nature of virtual numbers and instant delivery, refunds are generally not available once a number has been used.
6. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that SMS messages will always be received successfully. Delivery may fail due to network issues, third-party restrictions, or service limitations.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Faussms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Republic of Cameroon.
